The Horizontal Pallet Strapping Machine is designed to wrap plastic straps horizontally around pallets. The strap runs through the sides of the pallet to secure the load tightly. The machine is commonly installed on a conveyor system, allowing pallets to move into the strapping area automatically. Once in position, the plastic strap wraps around the pallet and seals automatically. The sealing process can be done by heat seal or other methods depending on operational requirements.

Key Features of Horizontal Pallet Strapping Machine

• The strapping head can move horizontally (Arch / Guide Arms) to accurately adjust according to the product height. For example, the HN-H02 model has a strapping head stroke of approximately 250 mm for precise strap positioning.
• PLC and Touch Screen control system allows users to adjust strap tension, sealing time, and monitor strap position, center alignment, and machine status. Example: TRTP733H model.
• Compatible with multiple strapping materials such as PP (Polypropylene) and PET (Polyester), with support for various strap widths and thicknesses depending on the machine model, such as the MK600.
