The GCR series linear actuators feature a unique structural design developed by TPA ROBOT (Invention Patent No.: CN202110971848.9), in which steel bars are embedded into the aluminum base module before the grooves are ground, integrating the aluminum base and the slider seamlessly. This proprietary design allows the module to reduce its overall weight and volume by 25% while delivering high rigidity and exceptional precision.

Thanks to TPA's patented structural design, the steel tracks are embedded directly inside the aluminum chassis, and the grinding of the guide rail grooves is completed in a single process. This ensures superior travel straightness and a repetitive positioning accuracy of up to ±0.005 mm. Additionally, the fully-sealed steel belt design effectively minimizes dust ingress, making it highly suitable for cleanroom environments. Consequently, the GCR series electric linear actuators are widely utilized in FPD (Flat Panel Display), medical automation, semiconductors, precision measuring instruments, and various other automation industries.

The GCR series linear actuators offer up to 8 motor mounting configurations. Combined with their compact size and lightweight profile, they can be seamlessly configured into ideal Cartesian robots and gantry robots, unlocking endless possibilities for automation systems. Furthermore, the GCR series single-axis robots can be lubricated directly via the grease nipples located on both sides of the slider table, removing the need to disassemble the cover housing.
