During the soft gelatin encapsulation process, after the liquid filling material has been enclosed in the gelatin shell, the next step is to cool and solidify the gelatin shell. The Tumble Dryer uses a rotating process combined with air blown from fans to help cool and dry the gelatin capsules. The rotation can be set to operate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. The machine can operate in conjunction with a Soft Gelatin Encapsulation Machine. Its structure is made of stainless steel, requires no lubricating oil, and is designed for easy cleaning.
