Top Through Type Pallet Strapping Machine is designed to apply plastic straps through the top of the pallet (from top to bottom) or through an upper frame structure for downward strapping. This type of machine is commonly used for products with considerable height or heavy weight where side rotation is difficult, or in situations where top-down strapping is required to provide additional stability and secure the load more effectively.

Main Features of Top Through Type Pallet Strapping Machine

• The machine is equipped with a top-down strapping head that lowers from above the product. Some models, such as Top Seal Compression types, include a presser plate to compress and stabilize the load before strapping.
• Height detection sensors automatically measure the product height when the pallet enters the machine, allowing the strapping head to position itself accurately and operate automatically.
• Supports both PP and PET strapping materials with automatic strap welding / heat sealing systems, along with tension control to ensure tight strapping without damaging the product.
