Compact Vertical Packaging Machine for Flour and Fine Powders
The Vertical Packaging Machine is designed for filling and packaging all types of fine powdered materials, such as tapioca starch, powdered herbs, powdered medicines, finely ground chili powder, and powdered personal care products such as facial masks and facial scrubs. Powder filling machines are suitable for packaging fine powdered products such as flour, gypsum powder, powdered herbs, and more.
The machine operates by feeding the product into a conveyor equipped with a product receiving hopper. The screw conveyor transports the product by rotating the screw shaft. The screw is housed inside a tube that extends to the top of the packaging machine, where an Auger receives the powder from the screw conveyor. As shown in the illustration, the Auger is positioned at the top of the machine. Its rotating shaft is equipped with a screw that moves the powder downward through the former tube and into the plastic pouch according to the rotation angle of the Auger screw shaft. The rotating shaft is controlled by a Servo Motor, which stops precisely once the preset filling value has been reached.
