- A supporting platform is commonly used to place the weighing system.
- Suitable for weighing small pieces or granules of various products, such as candies. Even when candies have a similar shape, the weight of each piece may vary slightly. To package dozens of candies in a single pouch while maintaining a precise target weight, a computerized weighing system selects and releases candies from multiple weighing heads into the pouch. The system combines products from selected heads to achieve the preset total weight, helping reduce product giveaway and minimize unnecessary excess weight.
- The HMI touchscreen is used to set various parameters, such as target weight and quantity counting.
- The display provides multiple screens for viewing information such as weight. It can show the combined weight for each cycle, including the weight of each individual weighing head, the number of heads, and which head numbers the computer selects to discharge products in order to achieve the preset total weight.
- Available in 8-head, 10-head, and 14-head configurations.
