The KK series single-axis robot, developed by TPA ROBOT, utilizes a partially hardened U-shaped steel base rail to significantly enhance the robot's rigidity and load capacity. To accommodate different environments, we offer three types of linear robot seriesKSR, KNR, and KFRdepending on the type of cover utilized.
For the recirculation system between the rail and the slider, the contact surface between the balls and the ball grooves adopts a 2-row Gothic arch groove design with a 45-degree contact angle, enabling the single-axis robot arm to bear equal loads in all four directions.
At the same time, a high-precision ball screw is utilized as the transmission structure. Combined with the optimized design of the U-shaped rail, the KK series axis robot delivers unparalleled precision, achieving a repeatability (repeat positioning accuracy) of up to ±0.003 mm.
Under the same load conditions, our KK Series single-axis robots feature a more compact size. We provide standard threaded holes on both the steel base and the slider, and our motor adapter plates support up to 8 different motor mounting orientations, meaning it can be easily assembled into any Cartesian robot system. Consequently, the KK series single-axis robots are widely utilized in silicon wafer handling, automatic dispensing, the FPD industry, medical automation, precision instruments, sliding tables, and the linear slide table coordination industry.
