Used for sealing medicine bottle caps with aluminum foil film using an electromagnetic induction system, which generates heat to melt the sealing layer on the aluminum foil and securely adhere it to the bottle rim. The electromagnetic frequency can be adjusted, and it can be connected to a rejection system for unsealed bottles. The machine can operate independently from the production line. The main benefit of this machine is that it extends the shelf life of products or medicines packaged in bottles, as the foil sheet acts as a barrier against air, moisture, and light, preventing them from entering the packaging. It can be integrated into automated production lines, working in conjunction with tablet counters/packaging machines and labeling machines. The machine structure is made of stainless steel, and its design complies with GMP standards.
