As a classic belt-driven linear actuator from TPA ROBOT, compared to the HCR series, the HCB series slider is driven by a timing belt, which means the HCB series offers longer stroke lengths and higher speeds. Driven by a servo motor, it not only inherits the high precision of servo systems but also delivers the advantages of high speed and high rigidity of the slider module. It is easy to control and can be seamlessly interfaced with PLCs and other control systems.

The slider actuator is constructed from a one-piece extruded aluminum profile, providing a lightweight, compact size, and high structural rigidity. Mounting dimensions and stroke lengths can be customized according to specific requirements, and installation can be easily secured using bolts. Through multi-axis combinations, it can be configured into linear motion systems for various automation equipment. When equipped with mechanical grippers, pneumatic grippers, and other fixtures, it can be transformed into specialized Cartesian robots or gantry robot systems.
