DETAIL || Gelatin Melting Tank
The Gelatin Melting Tank is a closed, three-layer tank designed to heat and melt gelatin to the appropriate properties for use with a Soft Gelatin Encapsulation Machine. Once the gelatin is melted, it is transferred through a pneumatic conveying system. The tank allows the temperature to be adjusted to maintain the gelatin in a suitable condition for processing. An agitator is installed at the top of the tank to ensure the gelatin is thoroughly mixed and maintains a uniform temperature throughout. The tank is constructed from stainless steel and manufactured to GMP standards.
